Public offer

This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) establishes the terms and conditions for the sale, ordering, payment, delivery, order cancellation, and refund of goods purchased via the online store.

By placing an order and/or making a payment on the website, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Offer.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.1. Seller — a legal entity that sells products through this online store. 1.2. Buyer — an individual or legal entity that selects products on the website, places an order, and/or makes a payment. 1.3. The online store may sell natural silk, Khan-atlas, adras, traditional garments, handcrafted products, silk carpets, textiles, and other items. 1.4. This Offer is governed by and applied in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. PRODUCTS 2.1. The name, description, material, dimensions, price, and other key characteristics of each product are specified on the respective product page. 2.2. Minor variations in color, pattern, texture, and size may occur in handmade items. Such natural differences are an inherent characteristic of handcrafted production. 2.3. Product images on the website are provided to represent the goods as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color shades may occur due to display and screen settings.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT 3.1. Product prices on the website are indicated in US Dollars (USD/$). 3.2. The Buyer completes the payment using the payment methods available on the website. 3.3. If payment is made in another currency, conversion may be performed according to the prevailing exchange rates and policies of the payment system, bank, or card issuer. 3.4. Once the payment is successfully completed, the order is accepted for processing.

4. ORDER PLACEMENT 4.1. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide complete, accurate, and correct information. 4.2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller is not liable for delivery delays or additional expenses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Buyer. 4.3. Upon order confirmation, the Seller begins the process of preparation, packaging, and dispatch of the product.

5. DELIVERY 5.1. Products may be shipped throughout the Republic of Uzbekistan as well as to foreign countries where delivery service is available. 5.2. Delivery times depend on the order type, Buyer’s destination country, postal/courier service, and other logistical factors. 5.3. Delivery costs may be included in the product price or calculated separately, which will be indicated at the time of checkout. 5.4. For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and other mandatory fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the Buyer, unless stated otherwise.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION 6.1. The Buyer may submit a cancellation request to the Seller prior to the handover of the product to a postal service, courier, freight company, or other delivery provider. 6.2. If the order is cancelled prior to dispatch, the Seller reserves the right to deduct reasonably incurred and documented expenses related to the fulfillment of the order from the paid amount. Such expenses may include payment gateway or acquiring fees, banking fees, currency conversion charges, packaging, custom preparation, prepaid shipping charges, and other directly related justified costs. 6.3. The remaining balance after deducting the aforementioned expenses will be refunded to the Buyer.

7. CANCELLATION AFTER DISPATCH 7.1. Once the product has been handed over to the postal, courier, or delivery service and the shipment has been processed, cancellation requests or refunds based solely on the Buyer's change of mind will not be accepted, except in cases where mandatory return rights are explicitly granted by applicable law. 7.2. Dispatch of the product may be verified by a tracking number, postal receipt, courier consignment note, or other relevant dispatch documentation.

8. AFTER PRODUCT DELIVERY 8.1. After the product has been delivered to the Buyer, refund requests based on a change of mind, lack of necessity, or other subjective reasons will not be accepted, unless mandatory legal provisions dictate otherwise. 8.2. If the Buyer unreasonably refuses to accept the package, provides an invalid address, or fails to collect the parcel in a timely manner, all justified costs associated with shipping, storage, re-shipping, and return transport may be charged to the Buyer.

9. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS 9.1. If an incorrect item was delivered to the Buyer, or if the product contains a manufacturing defect, the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller. 9.2. To process the claim, the Seller may request the order number, photographs, video evidence, and other supporting documentation. 9.3. Once the issue is confirmed, product replacement, defect rectification, or a refund will be processed in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

10. REFUNDS 10.1. Upon approval of a refund, the amount due will be paid to the Buyer after deducting justified expenses incurred by the Seller, except where deducting such expenses is prohibited by law. 10.2. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 (fifteen) banking business days from the date the final refund amount is determined by the Seller. 10.3. Refunds are generally credited back to the original payment method used by the Buyer. 10.4. The exact time required for the funds to reflect in the Buyer’s account may vary depending on the processing timelines of the bank, card issuer, or payment gateway.

11. CUSTOM / MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS 11.1. Special terms and conditions may apply to items manufactured according to custom measurements, individual designs, specific patterns, colors, or other personal parameters requested by the Buyer. 11.2. Cancellation or return requests for such products will be evaluated based on the current stage of production, costs incurred by the Seller, and statutory provisions.

12. PERSONAL DATA 12.1. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data necessary for order fulfillment, payment processing, customer communication, and product delivery. 12.2. Personal data is handled strictly in compliance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy available on the website.

13. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES 13.1. The Seller and the Buyer shall fulfill their obligations under this Offer in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 13.2. The parties may be exempt from liability for failure to fulfill obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances as provided by law.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION 14.1. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any disputes or disagreements arising under this Offer through negotiations and formal written claims. 14.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures established by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

15. ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER 15.1. By placing an order and/or completing payment on the website, the Buyer confirms that they have thoroughly read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Offer. 15.2. Nothing in this Offer shall be construed as limiting the mandatory statutory rights granted to consumers under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
